In the backend I have no way to remove a user, or a test run that I did.

Also, The pixel settings Height and Width are exact? Can you set a maximum size for uploading?
If I set it to 400x400 that is the only size a user can upload, no larger and no smaller.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi downmaine. Users are managed by Joomla, you can disable an account without this component being installed.

You can't set a max size for the upload, the image needs to be the exact size.
