I would like to know if its possible to disable Ultimate Social Bookmarking Plugin on certain articles?

For example, AddThis has an option like {addthis off} for it to be disabled on some articles.

Can this feature exist on USB as well? I really need it to be disabled on some articles.

It does, check the info page under Extensions in the main menu. You can exclude entire categories, and you can also exclude individual articles by enabling "Check for Manual Settings" and adding the appropriate code in your article (before the Read More link).
